Order information

When you purchase from us, your payment is processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. Your credit card is accepted also.

Click 'ADD TO CART' on the shop or product pages. You can add as many products in one order as you like. Once you are happy with your selection, click 'VIEW CART' on any page to check out.

After processing, you will receive an email from PayPal along with a transaction number. This number is your proof or purchase, please save and/or print it for future reference.

Next, you will receive an email from rootsolutions with your license key. You enter this key along with your name or company at the registration prompt in the software to personalize your copy. Because manual processing is involved, please allow up to three business days to receive your license key. If you have trouble registering your software, just contact us and we will straigthen things out.

If you need an invoice, we can send you one in pdf format. Make sure you send your full name and postal address so we know to whom we make out the invoice. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

What's up with Kagi?

Throughout the download archives, you will find references to Kagi for purchasing a license. Kagi was a popular payment processor that went bankrupt in August 2016. As such, licenses can only be purchased directly via PayPal now. Because of this, we need to process all orders manually. This means it may take up to three business days to receive your license key, although typically it will be much faster.
